Psst! Can you keep a secret?
Can you keep a secret? Excellent!
Then let me tell you what I’ve been up to this week. I know I shouldn’t, really, as it’s far too early but I couldn’t help myself.
After two years of planning and preparations, I have finally reached a stage where I get to build something!
Not just thinking about it, making flow charts, researching best practice and buying the tools required, but actually creating something with my own hands.
There are few things I love more.
I can’t tell you exactly what it is I’ve been working on for so long, but I can spill two little beans. 1) It is something that involves a crazy amount of writing, editing and graphic design. 2) It also relates to New Year’s resolutions, and on New Year’s Eve I went a little bonkers and told my imaginary muse companion about it.
Yes, I understand that none of those beans were very enlightening. But I guess there is one more thing I could tell you. Just like I’m writing this little piece just because I can and because the sheer sight of unclaimed white space turns me into a drooling pup; so did I write down my discussion with my muse companion. So, you see, I preserved my ramblings!
Oh, in my up an coming All of Me blog, of course. It is after all, as the name suggests, a place where you might expect to get all of me.
But guess what? There’s more!
I loved being able to write down my thoughts and feelings in a brand new space (that no one even knows of yet!) so much I immediately wrote a second piece. A kind of follow-up if you will.
It’s nothing special, really, just a little Happy New Year and welcome to the 20’s musing that I wrote in the very first hours of the new year. I have many misgivings about what we have ahead of us, and much sadness in my heart over what 2019 brought, so it’s not a very positive text I’m afraid. But it’s a part of me, so it deserves it’s place in the secret blog space.
Right, the new year has begun and I have managed to keep up with my Sisyphos project. Very little of what I am doing at the moment is visible (which is kind of sad), but I can at least track my progress in the growing number of ticks in my to-do lists.
I’m going to leave this post here like a little clue for any potential visitors to pick up. It helps me see what things could look like, and it makes me feel like I’m getting closer to to my goal.
Win – win! Or winner, winner as my friend, Leanna, would say.
If you did find your way here and read this text and still want to know more about this secret I’m talking on and my New Year’s blues, you can follow the links to the All of Me blog and read them there. Please, if you have time, leave a little comment before you go. They mean the world to me and help me prove to google and other search engines that I exist.
Now it’s time for me to check out for this time, but you never know. I may come back to drop more clues in the weeks (or months) to come. Watch this space and let’s see what happens.
Thanks for stopping by today!
I see you and appreciate your visit.
